About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team. This remote internship provides hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations, making it ideal for individuals looking to build a strong foundation in human resources.
Key Responsibilities

Assist with end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interview coordination)

Maintain and update candidate and employee records

Support onboarding and HR documentation processes

Coordinate with hiring managers and internal teams

Assist in employee engagement and HR initiatives

Prepare HR reports and basic MIS

Support daily HR administrative activities
Eligibility & Skills

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good organizational and time-management abilities

Comfortable working in a remote environment

Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
